At the beginning of 2011, Picador asked us to art direct the re-issue of legendary American novelist Don DeLillo’s entire back catalogue. To compliment DeLillo’s subversive writing style, we commissioned illustrator Noma Bar to create ten intelligent and illusionary images that related to the content of each book, presented in the robust template we designed in-house.
The final set was awarded a D&AD Yellow Pencil and the best series identity at the British Book Design and Production Awards 2011.
